About this rug
A faded lace medallion on a soft trellis ground — quiet, tonal and easy to live with.
The Washable Chantilly Lace Rug is woven from 70% cotton, 30% polyester and goes straight into the wash at 30°C, so spills, muddy paws and the general traffic of a family home stop being a problem you have to plan around. It comes out soft and holds its colour.
At around 5mm it sits low enough to clear a door and to take a dining chair being pushed back without catching. The woven backing grips the floor, so it stays put on wood, tile or laminate without a separate underlay.
Available in 6 colourways — Beige, Blue, Brown, Grey, Rust and Sea Green.

- Wash cold on a gentle cycle, 30°C or below
- Use a mild liquid detergent
- Air dry flat or over a rail, out of direct sun
- Vacuum on a low, suction-only setting
- Rotate every few months so it wears evenly

- Bleach, stain powders or fabric softener
- Tumble dryer or radiator
- A hot iron on the surface
- Dry cleaning or solvent sprays
- A beater bar or rotating brush head
Good to know
- No wash needed before first use.
- Use a launderette machine for larger sizes — an overloaded drum cannot rinse properly.
