How to find your link

Check your email
Search for "Rugs Factory" or "tracking" in the inbox you used at checkout.

Check spam / junk
First-time dispatch emails sometimes land there. Mark us as not-spam if so.

Check your account
If you have an account with us, log in and find the order under "Order history".

Email us
help@rugsfactory.co.uk with your order number. We resend within 4 working hours.
Order status explained
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Processing | Order received, being prepared in our warehouse. |
| Dispatched | Left our warehouse. Tracking link is now active. |
| Out for delivery | On the courier's van today. 1-hour window sent in the morning. |
| Delivered | Left at your door or signed for. Photo proof in your inbox. |
Delivery delayed?
If your rug is more than 2 working days past the expected delivery date, email us with your order number and we'll investigate within 24 hours.
Need to change the address?
If your order hasn't been dispatched yet (status: Processing), we can usually update the address. Email us as soon as possible. Once dispatched, the address is fixed by the courier.
