Returns shipping
Outbound delivery is free to UK mainland (£21 to NI / off-shore). Return shipping is the customer's responsibility — if you change your mind, you arrange the courier and pay the cost. A small servicing fee is also deducted from the refund to cover our outbound delivery, pick, pack, and dispatch costs. See our Returns Policy for the full breakdown.

When your rug leaves our warehouse, we'll text and email you a live tracking link.
The courier sends you a 1-hour delivery window the morning of delivery.

Is there a minimum spend for free delivery?
No. UK mainland delivery is free on every order — no minimum.
Do you offer next-day or express delivery?
Not currently — we only offer standard 2–3 working day delivery.
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland?
Yes — flat-rate £21 standard delivery, 3–5 working days. Free delivery does not apply to Northern Ireland regardless of order value.
Do you deliver to the Channel Islands / Isle of Man / Isle of Wight?
Yes — flat-rate £21 standard delivery to all UK off-shore islands, 5–7 working days. Free delivery does not apply.
What if I'm not home?
Couriers will leave the rug in a safe place if you've left delivery instructions, try again the next working day (no charge), or hold at a local pickup point for 7 days.
